Development of Personnel who can take on Challenges and Give Proposals

 As part of our structured educational programs, we conduct training for employees at their 1st, 3rd, and 5th years of employment, as well as for management personnel. We also conducted a leadership training program for employees in their 20s to 50s. Since 2022, in conducting training for management personnel, we have implemented a “Management Enhancement Program” aimed at improving leadership and problem-setting abilities among managers. In May 2022, we carried out the “next-generation transformation program (NEXT)” for selection and execution, while promoting the participation of employees in their 20s and 30s. In this program, participants receive lectures about business administration and commercialization from external lecturers, design business ideas, and propose them to the management. If the idea is approved through screening, we aim to commercialize the idea. We are continuing our efforts toward realization for some of the ideas proposed in the first phase, and this term, too, we had new participants and are implementing the second phase.
