In April 2012, S.T. CORPORATION began operating under the guidance of new representative executive officers and with a new management system that accompanied the dramatic revision of the Company’s organizational structure.

Recently, there have been significant changes in Japan, such as the industrial reorganization seen throughout the country and the advancement of globalization, and these changes continue to accelerate. In order to better respond to this changing environment, the Company is working to bolster the degree of coordination it has with business partners, particularly those with which the Company has capital alliances, and affiliates; accelerate the globalization of its business; and further reform management structures. Accordingly, the range of duties for which the Company’s senior management is responsible has also been expanded.

The Company’s new management system was devised to enhance the ability of the senior management team to conduct its duties in a flexible and expedient manner. To this end, Representative Executive Officer Takashi Suzuki will assume responsibility for management of the S.T. Group, corporate communications, and capital measures. Meanwhile, President and Representative Executive Officer Yukimasa Yoneda, will manage S.T. CORPORATION as well as organizations related to specific functions of the Company. We hope to utilize our experience to provide leadership that will become a driving force behind the growth of the entire S.T. Group.

We aim to develop S.T. CORPORATION into a company that does things no other company in the world does. In accordance with this vision, the Company will continue to provide revolutionary new products and services that enrich the lives of those who use them. All members of the S.T.
